retirement thoughts

at age 40's .. let us plan properly and avoid mistakes( non term LIC,ULIP, non commercial plots, big houses etc )  so that we can retire at some point. Else retirement will be a dream and we will have to at the mercy of our merciless children, remember there is no pension for us and in india social security is a joke
