FOMO in culture

I thought about this in morning and recent rise of FOMO cries in culture. Will a human be able to experience or understand all things happening or happened culturally to the universe?. In simple words - will one we be able to read all books written, see all movies , listen all music , enjoy all food .. simply not. So what would you statistically miss out will be more than 99.5 perc of what is happening or happened. A person who is catching up he misses perhaps 99.4 perc..is it worth to have FOMO for this low percentage..
